Pillar 1: SPECIAL ADVISOR - INTEGRATED THINKING & VALUE CREATION

Providing specific value-adding services and support to executive management in enhancing their value creation capabilities for the long-term as envisaged by the Value Reporting Foundation and SASB, as well as other frameworks and standards. eg TCFD.

The advice is intended to result in major savings and should enable the organisation to face this new multi-capital disclosure and reporting frontier with confidence. This will help build up a sustainability premium in the value of the organisation.

The objectives include:

·      Creating resilience, sustainability and build capacity;

·      Deploying all resources efficiently and effectively;

·      Reconfigure business models and revise / update Business Plans;

·      Preventing a ‘Trust Void / Deficit’ and building up Trust in the new reporting paradigm.

Compensation:

Agreed upon rate and can include retainer. Payable upfront or on presentation of invoice.


 

Pillar 2: Advisory, BUSINESS coaching, TRAINING & DIRECTORSHIPS

Compensation:

Agreed upon rate and can include retainer. Payable upfront or on presentation of invoice.


 

Pillar 3: Strategic Fund & Capital raising

For short, medium and long-term finance, including mezzanine finance, private placements and bonds.

Compensation:

Part 1 - Upfront pre-agreed fee paid to cover initial reasonable time to prepare proposal.

Part 2 - Percentage of amount raised on success of application - paid upfront on receipt of funding raised.
